Emirates partners with Uber to offer free rides from DXB

Any passengers who book an Emirates flight during June and July, for travel until August 31, will be offered a limited number of free journeys, or heavily discounted rates for any airport transfer booked with Uber, according to The National.

Economy Flex Plus passengers can claim two free rides to and from DXB from anywhere in Dubai up to the value of Dh120 per trip. Customers booked in Economy Flex will get 50 per cent off two rides, to and from DXB to anywhere in Dubai up to the value of Dh60 per trip.

Trips can be booked through Emirates’ website during the promotional period.

The promotion is available to both UAE residents and those visiting Dubai. Passengers from 50 countries in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia can take advantage of the offer.

“We are very pleased to strengthen our partnership with Uber and extend this popular offer to customers in our home market of Dubai,” says Khalid Bel Jaflah, Emirates’ divisional vice president commercial operations UAE and Oman.
