By performing marine engine maintenance services In-Situ and on site Goltens is able to provide tremendous savings by eliminating costs and additional downtime associated with the disassembly and removal, logistics, transport and reinstallation of the machinery or equipment, according to Roy D'Souza, head of sales, Goltens Dubai.

“This service was developed by the founder of Goltens, he developed special tooling to do the repairs in place in situ instead of the crankshaft coming out and so that saved the client a lot of money,” he says.
