More than 50,000 workers live in seven multistory accommodation in Jafza.
The event took place in a football ground in Jafza South, next to the staff residential complex.
Workers' Day included a talent show, games and the showing of a Bollywood movie in an open-air theatre.
Jafza also organised a medical-camp in collaboration with Cedars-Jebel Ali International Hospital to provide workers with a basic health check and educate them on healthy food and exercise.
Fatma Hussain Nasser, manager-corporate social responsibility, Jafza, said: “We, at Jafza, aim to create a healthy and inspiring work environment in the Free Zone which gives workers a sense of belonging and helps them to give their best in whichever field they are in.
