Bahri Logistics, a division of Saudi Arabia’s national shipping leader Bahri, and GDC Middle East, a Saudi Public Investment Fund company specialising in aerospace engineering, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement, signed during the World Defense Show 2024 in Riyadh, paves the way for an influential partnership to enhance global freight forwarding services.
The MoU, signed by Soror Basalom, President of Bahri Integrated Logistics, and Muneer Bakhsh, CEO of GDC Middle East, aims to combine the strengths and resources of both companies to change the freight forwarding sector.
It marks a significant step in collaborative efforts, offering promising prospects for both entities in the logistics and aerospace domains.

Reflecting on this strategic alliance, Basalom expressed, “Our alliance with GDC Middle East is a key milestone in enhancing our capabilities. We are excited to leverage their expertise to offer advanced logistics solutions to our clients across the globe.”
Bakhsh also highlighted the significance of this partnership, stating that the collaboration with Bahri Logistics aligns with the company’s goal to support Saudi Vision 2030.
