TNT Express UAE has announced the promotion of Marwan Raafat from operations manager for its main depot in Al Qusais, to operations director covering the entire operations in the UAE.
With 12 years of experience in the logistics industry, Marwan joined the TNT Express family in 2008 and has delivered operational initiatives and excellence while working with the team in the UAE.
“Marwan’s appointment will be a great support to further reduce operational cost management and improve customer expectation,” commented Mark Pell, general manager for TNT Express UAE.
In his new role, Marwan will lead TNT Express’ facilities at Jebel Ali, the recently launched air cargo facility at Dubai Airport Free Zone and other depots across the UAE.
