One year ago, the GCC’s home-grown digital marketplace, noon.com, launched its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and since become a household name in the region.

The e-commerce platform was built using the knowledge and expertise of young, local talent to cater to the shopping and lifestyle aspirations of the region’s customers, the company said in a release.

This was coupled with efficient and technically advanced logistics requirements that were developed locally to ensure fast and reliable delivery, it added.
