Nakilat-Keppel Offshore & Marine will be showcasing its maritime capabilities at this year's Posidonia event in Greece this June.

The Qatar-based shipyard has completed more than 250 projects, with a significant number of projects completed for Greek clients such as Maran Gas Maritime, Maran Tankers, Chandris Hellas, Samos Steamship, Euronav and TMS Tankers.

Having two VLCC-sized graving docks, extensive quay spaces, a range of workshops and on-site contractors, N-KOM will additionally operate two additional floating docks (Q-Max/VLCC and Handymax-size) next year, thereby enhancing its flexibility and docking capacity.
Demucking and desloping services have also been introduced at the shipyard to accommodate the growing number of tanker repairs at the facility.

N-KOM CEO Abu Bakar Mohd Nor says Posidonia is without a doubt one of the most important gathering of decision makers in the maritime industry.

“This makes it an excellent platform for us to market our repair, conversion and construction services. With a wealth of experience in handling marine and offshore projects complemented by a strategic location in the Arabian Gulf, we are well positioned to be the preferred shipyard delivering solutions," Mohd Nor said.

Senior representatives from the company will be at the N - KOM stand in Hall 4, stand number 4.309 during the exhibition period to meet with clients and suppliers.
