The United Arab Shipping Company is moving its North American headquarters from New Jersey to Georgia, according to reports from the United States.

UASC is believed to be relocating to Gwinnett County, just outside Atlanta, where it will invest approximately $10 million to create a 50,000-square-foot facility, which is to house logistics, accounting, executive management and other functions.

The new North America headquarters will be located in the city of Peachtree Corners, where UASC will relocate 160 jobs.

It is believed that UASC executives were drawn by metro Atlanta’s workforce and logistics infrastructure, including its global airline network.
