Unifleet Management of Lebanon have picked up a 27-year old bulker for almost $3m.

Brokers in Europe are suggesting Unifleet paid $2.9m to Samin Shipping of Syria for the 26,900-dwt Lubna, built-1986, which it has now renamed Crown H.

The ship was originally reported sold to Syrians.

Unifleet has one other ship in its fleet, a 23-year old boxship.
