A.T. Kearney appoints new UAE partner
As part of its on-going commitment to the Middle East, A.T. Kearney, the global management consulting firm, has appointed Salvador Zarate as a partner in its Dubai office.
This comes in line with the firm’s growth plan globally, with the recent addition of 16 new partners during the first half of 2013.
With a strong focus on transport, aviation, travel and infrastructure, Zarate joined A.T. Kearney in 2001 and has since built solid experience in these sectors across Europe.
He has worked closely with port authorities, port terminal operators, shipping companies, railway operators, airlines, infrastructure, and travel companies on a broad range of topics, including corporate and business strategy, post-merger integration, strategic pricing, efficiency improvement and regulatory issues.
He is also one of A.T. Kearney’s specialists in supply chain optimisation, having helped clients in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, energy and natural resources industries to improve their logistics models.
