Dubai-based IT specialists, Unlimited IT, has launched its new Software Solutions Division which will provide specialised management systems for fleet operators.

Following the introduction of cross-platform enterprise mobility suite, TaskMaster, to its product portfolio, Unlimited IT is now able to configure industry-focused workforce management solutions which can be easily integrated with existing fleet management and hire systems.

TaskMaster brings proven efficiencies which reduce costs, enable accurate identification of customer damage and improve service through real-time visibility of operations. To further localise its solutions to the MENA market, Unlimited IT utilises low cost mobile devices and offers language options such as Arabic.

Justin Tisbury, who has 20 years’ experience in software consultancy, has joined Unlimited IT to head up the new division as Technical Manager. He said: “We recognise the growing demand for cost effective enterprise mobility platforms in the MENA region. In the past, the cost of mobile devices has made adoption unfeasible to a large proportion of the market. But now, the ubiquity of smartphones is driving down the price, and enabling businesses in this region with fieldworkers to leverage highly sophisticated technology within their mobility strategies.

“The scalability and flexibility of TaskMaster will make the latest enterprise mobility technology accessible to a wider range of businesses in the MENA territory. With mobile workforces representing a growing element of business operations, this is definitely a positive move in our industry.”

TaskMaster, which was created by the UK’s leading enterprise mobility firm, TBS Enterprise Mobility, is already used by thousands of fieldworkers around the world. TaskMaster replaces inefficient paper-based processes with intuitive automated workflows, capturing real-time data which in turn empowers office-based personnel to effectively monitor and manage resources.
