Axelent explores Middle East opportunities
Axelent AB is searching for a Middle East reseller to introduce its range of warehouse-related products into the region.
The European company, which is based in Sweden, has developed a broad portfolio of products since its launch in 1990, including warehouse partitions, mesh shelving and anti-collapse systems to reduce product damage.
"The Middle East has entered a unique period of development, which has captured the world's attention. In particular, we believe the logistics industry's growth in this region has created a strong market for our products," said Stefan Axelsson, export manager of Axelent AB.
"As a result, the timing is perfect to introduce our brand to the Middle East. We are looking for a partner or agent that can efficiently market and sell our products in the local marketplace. Ideally, the company will already be working within a sector that deals with logistics or safety," he added.
The company, which has launched a marketing campaign in the Middle East to generate interest from resellers, is planning to shortlist a number of potential partners later this year before making a final decision.
"Its important to build a strong, long term partnership with the successful company, so once a decision has been made, we will send a delegation to the Middle East and finalise the details," said Axelsson.
