UAE low cost carrier flydubai has launched outbound cargo services from Kuwait in addition to its existing inbound cargo services to the Gulf state.
Cargo services start immediately and will be via the Dubai-based airline’s fleet of Boeing 737-800NG aircraft, flydubai said in a statement. The airline currently flies to Kuwait seven times-a-day.
The service includes a fully automated warehouse storage and retrieval system with real-time information, the carrier said.
“We have already seen strong demand for our cargo services and look forward to further strengthening business links between Kuwait and the UAE through this new service," CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith commented.
