Oman Air vows to assist 10 staff in performing Hajj
Oman Air has selected 10 staff out of the staff applications sent in response to its invitation to apply for the airline’s assistance in performing this year’s Hajj.
The move by the national carrier is in recognition of staff commitment in achieving Oman Air’s exceptional levels of service.
“We are delighted to select a group of our employees to visit the Holy city of Mecca and to perform Hajj for the Hijri year 1432. The invitation reflects our appreciation of the extraordinary efforts Oman Air’s staff have made to serving the company and the nation,” said Sheik Ahmed Al Nabhani, Oman Air’s chief officer of support services.
“Their hard work and dedication have helped Oman Air make remarkable progress and we feel that it is important that we recognise the vital contribution made by all our people.”
He added that Oman Air was determined to ensure that the standards of recognition and incentives offered to staff matched those of the airline’s highly acclaimed air and ground services.
“Oman Air’s employees are our greatest assets and, on behalf of the airline’s management, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Oman Air’s distinguished board members for their unlimited support and continued care for the company and all its staff.”
