Skycom opens operations in Bahrain
UAE express service company Skycom has announced it has opened a new facility in Bahrain, according to the Gulf Daily News.
The company expects that the new operations will enhance the company’s reputation as a leading express service provider, not only in the Middle East, but also the globe.
"At Skycom we aim to become a leading express service provider in the Middle East while expanding our strength to the globe," said country manager for Bahrain and Qatar, Ian Gabrielle.
"Currently we offer next day service to the GCC countries, 48 to 96 hours to the Indian sub-continent and soon we will be offering 48 to 72 hours delivery into Europe and US," he added.
Skycom has been operating in the UAE since 1993. Amongst the firms offerings are; express courier, air cargo, land transport, logistics, warehousing, specialised clearance and handling services.
