TNT Express Bahrain launches 24/7 hotline
TNT Express Bahrain has recently announced the introduction of a 24/7 customer service assistance hotline.
In addition to the online track and trace service, TNT Express customers, based in Bahrain, can now call anytime and follow up on their shipments progress.
Jeremy Skyrme, country general manager for TNT Express Bahrain commented: “We understand that sometimes emergencies happen and customers need to seek advice. We are proud to be the first logistics company in Bahrain to provide 24/7 customer service assistance.”
TNT Express confirmed this was part of an ongoing, integrated strategy to accelerate the next phase of growth in the Middle East region.
