Nasair plans to train 100 pilots
KSA-based NAS Holdings plans to train 100 cadets as pilots in response to the chronic shortage of pilots in the market.
The owner of Saudi Arabian low cost carrier, Nasair, has hired Ireland’s Pilot Training College (PTC) as its training partner.
“The quality of the training is absolutely essential to the continued success of Nasair and its growing reputation for excellence.” said Sulaiman Al-Hamdan, CEO of NAS Holdings.
“We chose PTC following a thorough assessment of their training facilities and standards and we were satisfied that the Irish company could deliver on what we require, highly skilled pilots,” he added.
Nasair now operates 14 planes to 30 destinations inside and outside Saudi Arabia. It flies Embraer and Airbus planes.
