Dubai logistics association launches new website
The National Association of Freight and Logistics (NAFL) hosted a press conference recently to launch its newly improved member-centred website at the NAFL headquarters in Dubai.
Issa Baluch, incumbent president of the Dubai-based logistics association, and author of Transport Logistics: The Wheel of Commerce, told reporters that the new website would motivate members to take active participation in the NAFL Training Institute and other group-initiated programmes.
“This re-launch signifies our commitment to implement activities and programmes that will provide value add to the membership,” he said.
“The newly improved website was designed with only one goal in mind – to provide the members with a truly world-class online platform that will connect the local freight forwarding and logistics community to the global arena,” Baluch added.
The NAFL was founded in February 1992 to bring together the major players in the freight and logistics industry in the UAE. Today, the NAFL boasts of approximately 260 member-companies.
