Calogi launches Mideast logistics loyalty scheme

Members rewards for transactions with firms such as Dnata and Saudia.


Calogi has launched its c-Club loyalty programme for freight forwarders in the Middle East, which will reward points to members based on the value of their transactions with Calogi partners such as Dnata FreightGate, Saudi Arabian Airlines, and other ground handlers, airlines, general sales agents and 3PLs.

“C-Club is the first loyalty programme dedicated to the air cargo supply chain business and we believe it offers even more benefits to our customers conducting their business on the portal,” said Patrick Murray, head of Calogi.

In essence, the Calogi c-Club loyalty solution allows any seller of services on the portal to run his own flexible loyalty scheme with any buyers on the portal.

“By running their own loyalty programme, Calogi subscribers will be able to solidify existing relationships, initiate new relationships and convert one-time customers into repeat business," added Murray.

The loyalty programme launch was celebrated at Le Meridian Hotel in Dubai recently, where the Calogi team invited members to hear more about the programme, have an opportunity to ask questions and win prizes.
