Aramex introduces iPhone app for shipment tracking
Aramex successfully launched its iPhone app this weekend, in hopes of helping its customers better manage their Aramex shipments.
The iPhone app has a Shipment Tracking feature, which allows you to add shipments to your list and shows the current tracking update for each. Additionally, you can view the detailed tracking history for each of your shipments. The app also comes with an Office Locations feature which, through GPS, allows you to quickly find the nearest Aramex office. The app requires iOS 3.0 or later.
Similar features of the iPhone app are already available on Aramex website.
Aramex has also introduced shopNship, a delivery service that helps residents in the Arab world buy from international e-commerce sites such as Amazon.com. In addition, the company has recently formed a number of partnerships with regional e-commerce startups, offering their extensive delivery and logistics base of over 310 locations around the globe.
