Jazeera Airways has received the Magnum Opus Gold Award in the Best Use of Illustration category for the August/September 2009 issue of J Magazine, Jazeera’s in-flight publication, featuring the theme “Istanbul to Tehran.”

“Jazeera is honoured to receive this award. We are always looking for new ways to please our customers. J Magazine is a great way to entertain our Guests and inform them on all new products and destinations. We put great care and thought in our in-flight publication, as we do in all areas of our company, and we are honoured to see that it is being acknowledged,” Stefan Pichler, CEO Jazeera Airways.

Magnum Opus Awards recognise excellence in editorial, design and strategy for organisations using print and online publications as well as social media in their content marketing efforts. Entries are judged by professionals in the industry and every contract publisher, from car manufacturers to Walt Disney, submits entries. There are three levels of awards (Gold, Silver, Bronze), and an Honorable Mention.
