Following a period of market turbulence, recruitment levels are back on the rise in the Middle East logistics and aviation industries. 1. Chief of Logistics (Abu Dhabi)
Directly responsible for the dispatch and distribution of finished cement products. Oversee packing and dispatch activities in the plant ensuring that the rate of packing or bulk loading meets customer requirements. Ensure that cement products reach customers on time, with correct specifications in terms of volume and type of cement. Maintain close coordination with the Commercial and Marketing Departments regarding delivery orders. Ensure that orders are met in terms of volume, delivery time and quality. Maintain close coordination with the third party transport services to ensure that materials are off-loaded on time.

2. Logistics Head (Dubai)
We are looking for a Graduate/ Post Graduate with relevant experience for the post of a Logistics Head. You should have exposure to banking with specific reference to documentation for housing loans. Mobility with own conveyance must. Job Description would mainly include Purchase order handling and undertaking of the supply chain. Position and Salary: Commensurate with qualification exp. and industry standards.

3. Backend Operations - Logistics (Dubai)
An UAE based company is seeking a Backend Operations Manager with a Bachelors degree with a good knowledge on MS office. The applicant should have strong command over English language skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. Fresh Graduates are open to apply. The candidate will essentially be handling all the backend Operations and would have to work in shifts.

4. Assistant Finance / Finance Manager (Agility Logistics, Oman)
As Assistant Finance / Finance Manager you are principally responsible for Procurement, Insurance, Contracts and other Finance related activities in Oman: Compliance with policy documents for Procurement, Insurance and Contracts. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.

5. Sales Account Executive - Logistics (Agility Logistics, Saudi Arabia)
Reporting to the Business Development Manager as Account Executive for Logistics, you are principally responsible for major activities in the Business Development and selling process. Knowledge of other languages is helpful. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.

6. Operations Manager - Logistics (Dubai)
A regional leading provider of quality services is seeking an Operations Manager - Logistics to provide supervision and guidance in managing the entire operation of Manpower deployment for Logistics clients including the port and airport. Candidates require 7-9 years of experience in a similar position.

7. Logistics and Finance Coordinator (Dubai)
Our client, specialists in delivering and supporting slurry equipment solutions for global mining and mineral processing, is seeking a Logistics and Finance Coordinator. Reporting to the Finance Manager your primary role would be to support the team with regards to all logistics and financial activities. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or other related field and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You should have a strong accounting background, with excellent experience in costing and export documentation.

8. Supply Chain Manager - Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
Large Industrial Group supplying products to the oil and gas and wastewater industry are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities include setting guidelines and priorities with overall supply chain management, developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage the different aspects of the supply chain, and leading and training the whole team to develop and implement alternate ways to source in order to achieve improved cost, delivery, and cash flow.

9. Business Development Director (Agility, Kuwait)
A position with the Middle East's largest logistics company. Responsibilities include proactively seeking out new business, expanding business within existing customer base and maintain and improve current customer relationships. The BBD will also provide valuable industry and customer insight and information to support all areas of the organization. Candidates will need a bachelor degree in business, finance, sales/marketing or related experience in sales/marketing or non-profit fundraising.

10. Admin Assistant (Ras Al Khaimah)
Our client, a leading cargo company in the UAE, is looking for an Admin Assistant.The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years experience in office management,administration and secretarial works in a reputed company with excellent communication skills. Candidates with UAE driving license would be preferred.
