Momentum Logistics has announced that its Kurdistan-based office - MTLS - has joined the international Atlas freight forwarders network, a group of independent forwarding companies, ocean transportation intermediaries and related service providers.

The company's UAE office joined the network late last year.

"Joining the Atlas International Network will go a long way towards promoting our presence in Iraq. MTLS is the first Atlas agent in the country and therefore provides a new opportunity for the network as a whole,” said Matthew Derrick, general manager of Momentum Logistics.

“In fact, within 24 hours of having been accepted as part of the network, we had received a number of enquiries. As a member of the Atlas network, MTLS will have access to a global network of agents that operate in accordance with the highest international standards,” he added.
