Dubai Trade, the online service provider and business facilitating arm of Dubai World, has reported an excellent review of its services from a major customer, AMI Middle East LLC.

As part of an ongoing outreach programme to its clients, officials visited AMI, which is based in Jebel Ali, to discuss the electronic payment services Dubai Trade offers through its portals to facilitate transactions between forwarders and Dubai World entities, including DP World, Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai Customs.

“Our meeting with AMI Middle East LLC has provided Dubai Trade with another opportunity for a self-evaluation of performance. AMI is a highly experienced freight forwarding group that has been part of Dubai’s trading sector for a long time,” said Mahmood Al Bastaki, director of Dubai Trade.

“As a major client and frequent user of our services, AMI’s feedback is of great value for Dubai Trade. The meeting helped us learn about the client’s specific needs and suggestions for service enhancement. Such interactions are vital for us to keep pace with the changing trends in the market,” Al Bastaki added.
