Hala Supply Chain Services (Hala SCS) has opened a 36,000sqm warehouse in Jeddah’s 3rd industrial city, aimed at providing better supply chain integration for key Middle East clients.
“As Hala Supply Chain Services continues to grow, we have built a best-in-class warehouse facility in Jeddah’s 3rd industrial city that will allow us to better serve our clients and to contribute toward Saudi Vision 2030 to make the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a logistical hub,” a press release said.
It added that the Jeddah warehouse is fully integrated to provide a supply chain solution that caters to different client needs as “one size does not fit all.”
Hala Supply Chain Services offers services such as warehousing, transportation management and forwarding and clearing, in association with its partners — Arabian Hala Co. (AVIS), ILS, DSV, Oilwell7.com and Kumho Tires.
“The new warehouse will not only give us the space we need, but will also allow us to provide our clients with best-in-class warehouse solutions, including online visibility to our clients on their inventory and providing value-added services,” the company said.
The integrated supply chain solution offerings by Hala Supply Chain Services include: Procurement, forwarding and clearance, transport, warehousing, asset optimization and the critical need to manage records and data for the clients.
“Hala SCS aims to reduce logistical costs and simultaneously increase customer service through a process of continuous improvement,” the release added.
