Narrow Aisle Ltd, manufacturer of the Flexi range of articulated forklifts, with it’s Middle East office in Dubai, has had its ISO 9001 Accreditation renewed for the 22nd year.
“Narrow Aisle first achieved ISO 9001 status back in 1995 and has successfully applied to have the accreditation renewed ever since,” says John Maguire, Narrow Aisle’s commercial director.
“ISO 9001 recognition not only shows that all aspects of our business comply with best practice standards that are acknowledged the world over, but also clearly demonstrates Narrow Aisle’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet essential customer and regulatory requirements,” he added.
Narrow Aisle, which recently secured a major order from the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health, only specifies components from respected ‘Tier One’ suppliers.
“As well as helping to ensure that our supply chain is lean and efficient, this approach also gives Flexi users the comfort of knowing that only top quality original parts are used in all our build process,” explains Maguire.
Narrow Aisle Ltd has over the last 12 years built up a strong distribution network in the Middle East and Africa, managed from its HQ in Tipton UK.
The company this year announced the appointment of Damien Murray to head up the company’s business development across Middle East and Africa.
Murray is based in Dubai and is responsible for overseeing development of Narrow Aisle’s Flexi range of articulated warehouse truck systems throughout the region.
