Dubai’s Mirage Cargo plans to buy Turkey’s MNG
Dubai-based Mirage Cargo B.V. will purchase Turkey’s MNG Cargo, one of the largest companies in its sector in the country.
The companies have applied to Turkey's Competition Authority to assess and approve the acquisition, according to an announcement released on MNG’s website.
After being given the green light from the Competition Authority, MNG's shares will be transferred to Mirage.
Founded in 2009, Mirage Cargo Services operates worldwide in the transport and logistics sectors while MNG Cargo is one of Turkey's leading cargo companies with over 600,000 daily deliveries and 815 branches employing 9,000 people.
