DHL Middle East awarded Top Employer certification
DHL Middle East has been awarded 'Top Employer' certification for the second consecutive year. The international distinction rewards quality in human resources management.
DHL Express centres in the region that earned the honours include UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
DHL has also won the overall global award as it is one of five companies worldwide to get this recognition, which is awarded to companies that get all three continental/regional awards. DHL far surpassed other applicants and was awarded in all 6 regions defined by Top Employers.
The company employs nearly 77,000 people globally and operates in 220 countries and the company’s vision stresses that it wants to be the logistics provider people turn to as their first choice not only for all their shipping needs, but also as an employee or investor.
'Top Employer' status is only handed to companies that demonstrate the highest standards of excellence in employee conditions. The 'Top Employers Institute', which carries out the auditing, reserved special praise for DHL Middle East’s approach to talent management strategy, training and skill development, and corporate culture.
