Globe Express Services (GES) has opened a new office in Houston, Texas, to cater to growing demand for logistics services in the US.

This development allows GES to strengthen its market foothold, as it continues to expand its presence in key global markets.

In a statement, the company said it believes GES Houston’s knowledge and understanding of the oil and gas sector is a key attribute enabling it to be competitive in the US market.

Its portfolio of services for the oil and gas industry ranges from domestic trucking and multi-vendor consolidation to large project forwarding in areas like pipeline fittings and oversized heavy steel components for air and ocean freight.
