Gulf Warehousing Company expands Qatar logistics site

Gulf Warehousing Company has announced the launch of operations at its Phase 4 expansion in the Logistics Village Qatar.

The company, which develops and operates logistics and warehousing space in Qatar, said expansion has added 81,000m2 of storage and distribution infrastructure to the facility.

It noted that the majority of the available spaces at the Phase 4 expansion have been reserved by Gulf Warehousing Company’s current client base.

Logistics Village Qatar, which opened in 2011, is a 1mn m2 masterplanned space with more than 250,00m2 of warehousing, 100,000m2 of truck parking and maintenance space, a 250,000m2 lay down area and a 65,000m2 container depot.
